In compliance with the Randburg Cricket Club Constitution; Please find attached to this notice copy of minutes of previous Annual General Meeting held 9 June 2018, nomination form and Agenda. Should any member wish to add items to the agenda please advise to secretary@randburgcricket.co.za no later than 25 May 2019.
NOTE:
Nominations for committee members must be received 7 days prior to the above meeting date (no later than 25 May 2019), duly signed by two members (nomination form attached). Nominated members must be in good standing with Randburg Cricket Club. Nominations may be hand delivered to Elaine Stavrou or emailed to secretary@randburgcricket.co.za
No proxy votes or late nominations will be accepted.
